Welfare check for neighbor not seen in two weeks

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to check on a resident at a home off Pacolet Highway near Forest Lane and South Johnson Street after a neighbor reported not seeing them for about two weeks, with their vehicle unmoved and a dog not being let outside. A license plate given by the caller was reported to return to a vehicle registered to someone living in another city.
