Suspicious people running near Uptown On Main

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to reported suspicious activity near a business on East Main Street in Frisco, where three people dressed in black were seen running away. A reporting party also mentioned an older dark SUV, possibly a Cherokee, with burned-out tail lights that may be connected.
