I had backed up to get out of the intersection. but the car in the pic to the right is the car that ran the light

so I witnessed the entire accident. in fact the girl that ran the red light was headed towards my car but was going too fast to stop. so im in the car with my son. im taking him to his Dr appointment. we were going west on dakota. I get into the center turn lane to make a left headed south on millbrook. there is a girl driving east on dakota also in the center lane in front of me to turn on millbrook headed north. a bus is next to her headed east on dakota. our light turns green I and the car in front of me slowly move forward. the bus moves forward to cross the intersection. all of a sudden I see a girl driving very very very fast headed straight for me and my son. then all of a sudden the girl pulled to her right to try and swerve between me and the other car but was going way too fast and smashed into the car in front of me which then smashed into the city bus. that girl completely ran the red light at a ridiculously fast speed and is completely at fault.
