Dead deer found in yard on West Military Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a deceased deer in a yard near West Military Avenue. Radio traffic also mentioned a separate weed or grass complaint on North Union Street. It was suggested the deer may have been struck by a train.
