No other neighbors confronted either. We spoke with his mother-in-law and her boyfriend, which told us not to worry about him because he was high on something.

To add to it when he came out, running his mouth, he came out in a approach, as if he was willing to fight rather than talk, or discuss. Accusing and cussing at us, without any evidence that we had done anything, but again, other than a car light, there’s no way for Light to get to his bedroom window when he lives on the second floor and it’s next to the main road.

It was me and my fiancé, walking my dog down the street every night like we usually do he’s on a second floor apartment, and the only way Light can be signed into his room would be someone would have to be behind the building in the woods which we were not. And he came outside, high or drunk, running his mouth and wanting to fight when his own mother-in-law apparently gave them this information which made them think it was us.
