Person in distress reported near dam on Creek Bottom Trail

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported another person possibly in trouble just north of the dam along Creek Bottom Trail near Franktown. The situation appears to be a separate incident from an earlier report involving a female hiker in the same area.
