Unresponsive woman found at Oak Hill Apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, police and EMS responded to an apartment at a residential complex on Taylor Street for a woman in unknown medical distress who was not speaking to dispatchers. Units staged in the area until officers confirmed contact at the correct apartment.
