Traffic stop on Route 23 involving white Nissan Rogue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on Route 23 south of Route 515 involving a white Nissan Rogue with multiple occupants. A separate caller from a residence on (number withheld) reported that no one was present to assist her, and an officer later reported that everything appeared to be okay there.
