Caller report of a black semi-pulling-a tanker trailer gave a Minnesota plate of (name withheld). Again, (name withheld) was 6-5-757. Northbound from the 142A exit in Hamilton County. Color stated it was trying to pass him on the right, also was tailgating, and also speeding possibly up to about 90 miles an hour. Reporting party did turn off. This is unfortunately going to be about a 10-minute time delay. Make your own case.
