Report of felon with gun and stolen property

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report at an apartment complex on East Main Street in Frankfort about a possible convicted felon who may have a firearm, uses meth, and has stolen property at his residence. The anonymous caller was willing to speak with an officer by phone or in person.
