Possible electrical fire in Franconia basement

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a home on Aspen Road in Franconia for a possible electrical fire reported in the basement of a two-story wood single-family house. On arrival, nothing apparent was showing from the structure and personnel began investigating.
