Dump truck reported driving recklessly on US 421
Traffic 421 South Southbound CP advises that there is a dump truck that almost hit, struck two people with a license plate of Sam Paul 152 Robert Lincoln, Sam. Francesville, have a report of a reckless driver just north of Francisville, southbound on 421. Vehicle description is going to be a dump truck with a plate of Sam Paul 152, Robert Lincoln, Sam. He's almost struck two vehicles. Southbound on 421, they're just north of Francisville. I was clear on the plate. I wasn't clear on the vehicle description. All I heard was it was North Francisville South Town. The CP had made that it was a dump truck.
