FYI. Although many recording on the F’ham Unfiltered site are muffled or garbled, the voice is clear enough to decipher PLACE. To the best of my knowledge, there is no Summer Place in the area marked on the map. It is marked on Summer STREET, and farther along Summer STREET is Summer LANE on the righthand side of Summer STREET, diagonally across Summer Street from Beacon Street, next to Quinlan Drive, and diagonally across Summer Street from Indian Head Road. Summer LANE ends diagonally across from Highgate Road. I hope everyone remains safe.
