Suspicious man with rod flees on Bonita Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious man walking around a neighborhood near Bonita Avenue carrying a rod. When seen by the reporting party, he reportedly ran eastbound toward 7th Street.
