Erratic driver reported in Fortville apartment area

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded in the Fortville and McCordsville area to a report of an erratic driver in a black Chevy Cobalt traveling on Michigan Street near Broadway and State Road 13. The vehicle reportedly went through a road-closed sign near 96 and Cynthia before entering an apartment complex, where the reporting party continued to watch the driver. A separate unit was also sent to assist with a brush fire near State Road 9.
