Person having a stroke near Elders Story Road in Fort Mill

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a Priority 1 possible stroke on Elder Story Road in the Fort Mill area. The patient was later reported going to the hospital by private vehicle, and one responding unit was canceled.
