Police are trying to detain a subject who ran away after an encounter. The subject is described as a female wearing a white shirt and black shorts. Initially, the complainant holds the subject before she escapes to another block.

No injuries reported and it is unknown if anyone is trapped. Police are on scene. Crews will check the alarm panel and make their way up to investigate.
