Erratic driver not stopping on I-35 near Forest Lake

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and officers monitored a vehicle traveling erratically and not stopping at normal speeds while heading north on I-35 near Forest Lake and Broadway, with concern about a possibly impaired or medically ill driver, until units made contact with the vehicle. A separate call referenced a lift-assist medical response for an elderly man at a residence on 110th Lane.
