Officers are responding to a domestic dispute at a home on Willowbrook Road. A woman reports that her husband strangled her, causing blurred vision, and that she has locked herself in a room. She says she was strangled again the previous night and lost consciousness. The man reports that the woman threatened him with a knife. He has locked himself in a bedroom and says he heard her tell their adult son to get a gun to shoot him. No gun has been seen. The woman also reports that the man has not allowed her to use her phone since the previous day.
