Driver passes out and hits boulder at gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a traffic accident at a gas station in Florissant involving a woman who apparently passed out, whose vehicle rolled into a boulder. She may have been drinking and was said to be trying to leave while blocking another person’s vehicle. A dark gray or black Jeep Rubicon was reportedly involved.
