Residential fire alarm with possible multiple victims

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews in Florence were dispatched to a residence on Middle Lake Road after an alarm company reported an unknown residential fire alarm. Attempts to reach the homeowner were unsuccessful, and multiple possible victims were mentioned. Fire units were sent to investigate.
