Unconscious person reported at South Colusa Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a possible unconscious person near South Colusa Avenue in Five Points with a highest-priority medical response. A unit later reported arriving at the scene and another unit was noted at a hospital.
