Traffic stop for vehicle failing to yield

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop near Fielding Church on southbound State Route 83 after a vehicle with an out-of-state plate reportedly kept signaling but not stopping. The plate was first believed to be from Georgia and later confirmed as from Florida.
