Truck hits low wires and snaps lines on American Flat

As discussed during the dispatch call, units respond to a traffic hazard on American Flat Road where a truck apparently hit low-hanging wires, snapping lines and poles and possibly leaving a power pole and roadway hazard near a specific address.
