Branch on power lines causes small outdoor fire

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and EMS units were dispatched to a reported outdoor fire near Lower Flat Rock Road in the town of New Scotland, where a tree limb was on power lines with visible flames. Crews determined the breaker had tripped, there was no power on the line, no threat to nearby structures, and traffic could pass under the area while utility crews were requested.
