He said his friend's girlfriend arrived at that address at around 7 p.m. to find that the door was open and it appeared that someone had messed with the lock. She thought she had heard somebody inside the apartment as well. Again, this was around 7. They're just reporting this now. I'm sure if there's somebody still on scene.
