Reckless white pickup reported on Highway 12

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a traffic complaint about a white pickup truck with dog cages in the back reportedly swerving and crossing the center line while traveling eastbound on Highway 12 near Fall Creek. The license plate was not obtained.
