Adult male found unconscious with chest pain and bleeding

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to an apparent medical emergency involving an adult man with chest pain and rectal bleeding at a location on Memorial Road in Fairview, West Virginia. Two minors were reported to be present with him at the scene.
