Female found slumped and breathing on roadside in Fairdale

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were dispatched to the (number withheld) block of Bolt Road in Fairdale for a female sitting on the side of the road appearing to be breathing but doubled over with her eyes closed. Units reported being on scene and providing updates.
