Missing man with dementia last seen near Main St

As discussed during the dispatch call, police issued a be-on-the-lookout for a missing man with dementia/Alzheimer’s who left a residence on foot around 9:15 AM after not taking his medication and removing his tracking watch. Last seen near Main St in Fair Haven wearing a blue button-up shirt, tan/khaki pants, and a baseball cap (possibly tan camouflage or gray). He has historically gone into the woods and may attempt to travel toward Poultney or the mountains. (name withheld)
