Report of possible wire down on Hale Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported wire down near Hale St and, after checking the area, reported no wire down or hazard found. A separate medical aid call was also dispatched to Edgewood Apartments on Lowell Rd for a female with abdominal pain and a burning sensation (patient age unclear from audio).
