Man transported to hospital for severe left foot pain

Patient said that started approximately three weeks ago and has been significantly worse today, rating about a seven to eight out of ten on moving, sitting, and kind of comes and goes.

GCS 15 , blood pressure 100 and seventy-one over 108 , SpO2 ninety-nine percent on room air, heart rate eighty-nine.
