Dispute over dog leads to fight at Madison Street home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a disturbance at an apartment on North Madison Street in Evansville after a report that an argument about a dog and children may have become physical and involved an intoxicated person. Responding units did not find an apparent fight when they arrived.
