Person stabbed near Ridge Avenue and Howard Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, ambulance 22 and Engine 22 were assigned to the area of Ridge Avenue and Howard Street for a reported stabbing. The suspected offender was reported to still be on scene, and responding units were told to stage.
