Transcript:
It's Cameron. We're coaching Level 2 ALS Medical with a 70-year-old male. (name withheld) complained of a thinkable episode witnessed by his family. No trauma involved. (name withheld)'s son managed to catch him and set him down on a chair, but he did have a loss of consciousness while standing. This was led up to through some pretty profound weakness that was noted by the family. And when we arrived on scene, he was a little pale, cool, diaphoretic. He is at this point, 804-15, very still profoundly weak. Little thoughts on the BP about 104 over. 70, BG is like 250, but he is diabetic and he says sometimes it's all over the place. He does have a history of multiple myeloma and is still under oncological care at this time. So we're ALS, we've got the IV in place, going to be here back door in about two. Copy that no question orders. We'll be in a better sound in front of arrival. St. Joe's clear.
