Person in manic state threatens suicide in Ettrick

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report from staff about a possible suicidal person in a manic state near Ettrick, with mention that she sometimes has trouble breathing when highly agitated. First responders were asked to stage at the Ettrick fire hall as a precaution.
