Man reportedly violent toward woman and friends

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible disorderly incident involving a male subject who was reportedly irate and violent towards a reporting party and friends near Eighth Avenue, Estell Manor. He is believed to possibly reside in a shed at this location. No weapons were reported by those at the scene.
