Neighbor dispute with harassment at Pine View

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a harassment complaint involving neighbors at an apartment complex on North Pine Road in Essexville. The reporting neighbor in one unit says a possibly intoxicated neighbor in another unit allegedly confronted her outside and asked if she wanted to fight. No assault was reported, and they are currently separated. There is a possible history of the other neighbor threatening people with a knife, but no weapon is confirmed in this incident.
