Truck driver watching hotel with binoculars

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a hotel near Donaldson Highway for a report of a possible prowler. A person was reportedly sitting in a yellow tractor-trailer cab with a white trailer, using binoculars to watch the hotel. The reporting party said the truck had been parked there for at least two days.
