Woman passed out possibly having seizure at Valley Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a location near Valley Road in Enola for a possible medical emergency involving a woman who was reported unconscious and possibly having a seizure in or near a lot by a blue vehicle. Fire personnel were also started due to concerns about her breathing.
