Person unconscious and possibly seizing at Valley Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a location near Valley Road in Hampden Township for an unconscious female who had reportedly passed out and may be having a seizure. She was described as breathing abnormally near a blue vehicle in a lot.
