The subject appeared uncomfortable, went inside to pay. When he walked back out, the man was stealing gas from the pump that he was at. Caller stated that he left east down. He went under the bypass on the Dell Evans. That was the last that he saw the vehicle. My caller is still going to be at the Exxon Tiger Mart.
