Man yells at beach visitors over car lights

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a caller at Empire Beach that she and a friend were approached in their vehicles by a gray-haired man in a gray shirt who reportedly yelled and swore at them about their car lights being on. Several vehicles, a camper van, and a large tent were also noted in the parking and beach area.
