Woman followed and harassed by ex-partner on bicycle

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible family disturbance near East Street and Third Street in Empire after a woman reported her ex-boyfriend was following her on a bicycle and harassing her by phone. The man had reportedly left the area before deputies arrived.
