Intoxicated man assaults two people at Emmitsburg store

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible assault in progress near a store on East Main Street in Emmitsburg. Radio reports indicate an intoxicated man in his mid twenties was allegedly fighting with a woman and a man before leaving the area in a gray Ford Escape.
