Intoxicated man refusing to leave residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are responding to a report of an apparently intoxicated man sleeping on a couch at a residence near South 4th Street, refusing to leave after being told to do so. The caller, who does not appear to know the man, is waiting outside on the front porch. No weapons have been reported.
