Man with stroke symptoms found unresponsive at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call at a home near Pearl Street in Ralpho Township for a 46-year-old man who was reportedly unresponsive with stroke-like symptoms, abnormal breathing, and later became aggressive while coughing and vomiting.
