Pedestrian hit by vehicle with severe head injury

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a vehicle struck a pedestrian near Auburn Avenue. A female pedestrian appears to have a serious head injury. Law enforcement and fire units, including highway patrol, are responding and are with the driver and suspected vehicle.
