Disabled vehicle with tire off axle on Elverta Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Elverta Road and Dutch Haven Boulevard for a possible traffic incident involving a silver Ford with its front right tire off the axle. California Highway Patrol and fire personnel were requested for assistance.
