Small outside fire at North Second Street home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were sent to the area near Powell Street and North Second Street for a report of possible burning tires in a driveway. Law enforcement determined it was a small outside fire at a nearby address, and fire crews were told they could disregard while the person on scene put the fire out.
